Procrastination is a detriment to progress. Yet its an attitude that millions of people are guilty of. It matters not if your procrastination level is high or low. It is a characteristic that is hurtful in the long run.

Be Persistent
You may not have the proper motivation needed to complete a task. Lack of motivation fuels procrastination. So be persistent. Being determined to complete your task will help you.
Prioritize
Take a look at your circumstances and set priorities. If you are trying to complete a task. Break it up in chunks. Do the things that are more important followed by the other stuff. Having a schedule helps with prioritization.
Schedule
Create a schedule and work with your schedule. Set appropriate times to get your important tasks done. Allow on your schedule time for quality relaxation and time for task completion. Break your tasks into chunks. Prioritize on your schedule when you will complete each chunk. Focus on and stick to that schedule.
Procrastination can make you not meet your deadlines. It causes failure in many aspects of life. Constant procrastination damages relationships and robs one of a proper work life balance. So aim to do all you can to display a no procrastination attitude.
